International Institute for Population Sciences IIPS Mumb in Govandi

International Institute for Population Sciences was established in 1956 by the Govt. of India. The University was declared as a Deemed university on Aug19, 1985 under section 3 of the UGC Act, by MHRD, GOL. It is one of the best higher learning Institute in India.
IIPS runs seven Academic departments and offers Postgraduate, Doctoral and Post-Doctoral courses and fellowships. The courses offered are M.A., MSc. M.Phil., Ph.D., and Post-doctoral fellowship. The Institute excels in academics and has a good record of passing percentage.
There are in total 32 faculty members in the institute with: 17 Professors, 12 Assistant Professors and 3Associate Professors.
IIPS has excellent Facilities are Library, Smart classrooms, Hostel & mess, Sports, Medical Facility, Seminar Hall, Guest House etc.
Admission are conducted on the basis of the Entrance Exam conducted by the Institute.
