About BPIT

In view of the national and international scenario of the growing demand of qualified technical personnel in different streams of engineering technology and management, Bhartiya Brahmin Charitable Trust in 2005 laid the foundation of Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT). BPIT is approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and the Directorate of Training and Technical Education, Government of National Capital Territory, Delhi. It is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi and offers courses of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), which are approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).BPIT also offers a three years full time Bachelor of Business Administration program to set the foundation for the future managers. The admission is through Common Entrance Test conducted by GGSIP university.

There are well equipped spacious classrooms, drawing halls, laboratories, workshops and conference/seminar halls. A well stacked large library having state of art facilities has been developed. Facilities

Girls Hostel

The hostel is 'A home away from home' for girls coming from all parts of the country. BPIT offers well furnished hostel facilities within the college campus. The hostel was founded in the year 2011 and was inaugurated by Shri P.K. Tripathi , Chief Secretary, Delhi Government. The hostel provides all the resident students a safe and comfortable environment and is a Zero ragging zone.

The medical room is well equipped with basic health facilities and the stakeholders are being provided primary health care. It is well stocked with the basic medicines, a Blood Pressure Monitor, Thermometer, ASD equipments and has a bed for patient. The college has in house medical assistance facility for the stakeholders i.e. BPIT staff, faculty members and students. A doctor visits the college on a regular basis. In case of emergency, patient is transferred to the Brahma Shakti Hospital in Budha Vihar or Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Hospital near Rithala Metro Station. A wheelchair and a vehicle (for ambulance) are also available for the medical emergencies.

Canteen

BPIT has a spacious canteen which maintains strict hygienic and sanitary conditions and serves quality meals, snacks and beverages at concessional rates. The canteen is located at a central place in the campus from where all the facilities can be served to the faculty members within a reasonable time. The Institute has an intercom facility and the canteen is also well-connected with all the rooms through the same. There is a separate seating space for faculty and staff members having a capacity of 20 members whereas the seating capacity of the area reserved for students is around 60 students.

BPIT bagged trophies and medals in various sports events
