Mumbai Port Trust (MbPT) invites applications for recruitment of Class I, Class II and Class III by direct recruitment basis. The Online Registration start from 5th February 2016 and close on 22nd February 2016.

CLASS I Vacancies:

Assistant Estate Manager Grade I,01,(1) Essential - Degree with a Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Architecture/ Town and Country Planning or degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/ institution or Corporate membership of Institution of Surveyor (India).
(2) Desirable - A degree in Law from a recognized university. Two years executive experience in Estate Management, Valuation of Land Records in an Industrial/ Commercial/ Govt. Undertaking.

Accounts Officer Gr.I,04,(1) Essential - Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
(2) Desirable - Two years experience in Executive cadre in the field of Finance. Accounting in an Industrial/ Commercial/ Govt. Undertaking.

Junior Engineer Grade III (Mechanical),03,(1) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (obtained after passing course of not less than three years duration) from recognized University or Institute.
(2) First Class Electrical Supervisor's certificate of competency issued by State Government or Union territory.

Junior Engineer Grade III (Elect),02,(1) Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
(2) 3 years experience.

Junior Engineer Gr IV,01,(1) SSC or its equivalent exam passed.
(2) Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile or Textile Engineering of 3 years duration from a recognized institutes.
(3) Desirable - 3 years experience in the inspection of Engineering stores in a large Stores Organisation.

Age Limit (as on 01/02/2016):

For Class I posts -> Not more than 30 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 2.2.1986 and not later than 1.2.1998 (both days inclusive).
For Class II post -> 23 to 30 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 2.2.1986 and not later than 1.2.1993 (both days inclusive).
For Class III - Jr.Engineer Gr III (T/E) -> 18 to 30 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 2.2.1986 and not later than 1.2.1998 (both days inclusive)
For Class III - Jr.Engineer Gr III (Mech) -> 18 to 30 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 2.2.1986 and not later than 1.2.1998 (both days inclusive).
For Class III - Jr.Engineer Gr III (Elect) -> 18 to 30 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 2.2.1986 and not later than 1.2.1998 (both days inclusive).
For Class III - Jr.Engineer Gr IV -> 21 to 30 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 2.2.1986 and not later than 1.2.1995 (both days inclusive).

Emoluments and Benefits:

For CLASS I posts -> Basic pay of 20600/- in the scale of 20600-46500 and other admissible allowances as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately 52000/-per month plus HRA @ 30% of Basic Pay (if not residing in Mumbai Port Trust quarters)

For CLASS II posts -> Basic pay of 16400/- in the scale of 16400-40500 and other admissible allowances as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately 41000/-per month plus HRA @ 30% of Basic Pay (if not residing in Mumbai Port Trust quarters)

For Class III (Jr Engineer Gr III (T/E, Mech, Elect)) -> Basic pay of 19100/- in the scale of 19100-51100 and other admissible allowances as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately 26000/- per month plus HRA @ 30% of Basic Pay (if not residing in Mumbai Port Trust quarters).

For Class III (Jr Engineer Gr IV) -> Basic pay of 17700/- in the scale of 17700-44600 and other admissible allowances as applicable. Total emoluments will be approximately 24200/- per month plus HRA @ 30% of Basic Pay (if not residing in Mumbai Port Trust quarters).

Selection Process: Online Examination / Interview.
