Mumbai Port Trust invites applications from eligible SC and OBC Category candidates for the post of Pilot and Marine Engineer on Regular / Contract Basis. The last date for submission of applications is 31st December 2015.

Pilot,07,Must hold a certificate of competency as master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India. One year post qualification experience as Master / Chief Officer of a foreign going ship.

Marine Engineer,05,MOT I Class Motor certificate issued under Merchant Shipping Act, 1958. One year post qualification experience as Chief Engineer on board a foreign going ship.

Age Limit: up to 40 Years. Age relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years in case of OBC candidates.

Remuneration: 32900-58000/-
