The power packed session will be conducted by Music Maestro Pt. Shashank Katti. During the hour-long session, a particular Music Therapy will be administered to the participants, besides demonstration of live exercises. This will help you improve focus & concentration in study and work, thereby enhancing your efficiency and productivity. Based on the therapeutic understanding of traditional music, ayurveda principles and modern technique of sounds; Music Therapy enables you to discover the power of music as medicine to heal diseases and wholesome living.
