Reading and Writing Fill in the Blanks is the first question type you are presented with in the PTE Reading and Writing section since November 2021, This is an important task in both the Reading and Writing section. If you want to do well in the Reading section, be familiar with this question type. In this question, you get a passage where there are many blanks, each blank is replaced with a dropdown list that lists the options. You have to choose which option fits best in the context of the text passage. There are six questions in the PTE reading test, each with four to five blank spaces, and this task has a huge potential for scoring high in the reading section.
