RIT s Department of Mechanical Engineering is working closely with the industries to keep pace with the latest advancements in the manufacturing field. Recognising the fact that natural resources like diesel and petroleum are depleting very rapidly, RIT has established an Electric Vehicle Lab in association with IIT, Guwahati so that the engineers could switch over to new trends. In this manner we innovate and work to bridge the gaps in advanced manufacturing research by adopting new methods. Such timely changes help us to retain our number one position in the list of Best Engineering Institutes/ Colleges in Uttarakhand.
