You will be provided with data and have to follow the SDLC steps required for SAS load.
Requirements will be given to you and you will have to come up with Design document (format will be given). Once design is done then proper coding to be done keeping the SAS Standards in mind. Last stage would be to come up with proper testing document and then doing the testing with negative testing too
The technical steps in the project include loading flat file source to oracle tables, loading data from oracle source to oracle target, doing a lot of conversion and data validation with the data, generating error rules, using advanced transformations like lookup with dynamic cache.
You will have real feeling of doing a project at your own pace with all the main components of SAS being covered.
