Job profile:

1. Conduct primary and secondary search
2. To make cold calls to suitable candidates & networking for references
3. To generate leads for new clients
4. To participate & conduct activities in the pre –selection process such as sourcing, initial screenings, interviewing, testing, reference checking, interview coordination etc.
5. Maintaining & updating the Database
6. Preparing weekly & monthly MIS reports
7. Regular client visits & interaction for business development & feedback

Job involves out of office work such as meeting clients at their office. Job involves target oriented work

Technical Skills: Recruitment, Placement

Soft Skills: Command over English, hard working, analytical, interpersonal skills, communication skills

Educational Qualification: Any

Experience: Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year in the placement/recruitment firm desirable

Location: Kandivali East, Lokhandwala Township. Those candidates who resides in nearby area will be preferred.
