This November Thirsty City 127 has launched an all new never before done brew, made from black rice, which is only available in the North East regions of India.
#TC127 has an all new brew made of seasonal black rice, sourced from their foraging trip to the North East. It has a unique taste and is healthier then brown or white rice. In addition, it has a nutty flavour and a stronger aroma. It has got more of an umami flavour. Also made into an accompanying black rice risotto due to its texture.
Also known as the forbidden rice, it is a part of their #specialbrew this month. #BlackRice is high in fibre, gives a delicious nutty flavour and turns deep purple when cooked. #ThirstyTrail to the North East lead @ThirstyCity127 to the most amazing lot of #BlackRice.
