Meditation is one of the Five Principles of Yoga. We all could go into Meditative state by just witnessing our
inner being. The difficulty is when we perceive it that we can do it; on contrary it can happen to one if one
prepare one’s body and mind towards its inner potential. Yoga can be very important tool to reunite with
our physical part to spiritual state. There are many techniques we can edify if one is ready to take
quantum leap in the space of unknownabilities.
To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our
mind strong and clear.

Research has shown that Meditation can contribute to an individual's psychological and physiological wellbeing.
This is accomplished as Meditation brings the brainwave pattern into an alpha state, which is a level
of consciousness that promotes the healing state. As discussed in the section "How
does Meditation Work?", there is scientific evidence that Meditation can improve blood pressure and
relieve pain and stress. In the coming sections, we have divided the health benefits of meditation in three

Traditionally, yoga is seen as an individual practice, but Partner Yoga
brings people together through movement, play, breath, touch and yes,
intimacy. It can be practiced by any two people and is a great way to
