While attending the Interviews:
• Interview will be conducted on given appointment time at provided address only.
• Interviews are to be attended at your own cost.
• Required documents should be available.
Require documents at the time of interview:
• Hard or Soft copy of interview appointment letter
• Recent 2 passport size photographs
• Two hard copy of Curriculum Vita/ Resume
• Xerox & Original Copies of academic certificates
• Xerox & Original Copies of experience certificates
• Last two months salary slips for experience candidate, Offer & Joining letter of last employer.
Terms and Conditions:
1. TALENT TRACKER organize a job fair, to participate candidate has to register with TALENT TRACKER.
2. The Onetime Non-refundable Registration fees of Rs.500/-[Rupees Five Hundred only] is valid for 6 months from the date of registration. [Please find attached Registration form].
3. All the companies participating in Job Fair are completely authentic and there is no problem on company side.
4. The candidate will have to pay 7 days salary before 2 days of joining with company.
5. Selection of candidates is discretion of the Interviewer/company and Talent Tracker consultancy does not have any influence whosoever in the decision making.
6. The consultancy will not interfere in the process of recruitment of any company as it purely liable on the candidate’s quality and company’s criteria.
7. TALENT TRACKER will not be responsible for any commitment between the candidate and the company.
8. Issuing of Offer letters purely depends upon the Company’s policies. Hence, we are not authorized and responsible to provide Offer letters / joining letters to anyone on behalf of Company.
9.For online registration candidate has to take a print out of this form and has to send us a scan copy of filled form along with the soft copy of resume at [email protected] and deposit the Registration fees in our Bank A/C. For bank details please contact.
10. Talent Tracker will only provide interview calls; however, qualifying the selection procedure will depend upon the candidate.
11. Talent Tracker will take strict legal action against the candidate in case of cheque default.
12. Registration will only be valid against proper verification of documents.
13. The salary offered may be higher/lower than the expected CTC.
14. The jobs offered will depend on the candidate’s profile, Experience & Interview.
