• Cost of extension/deviation of air ticket
• Standard hotel Check in Time : 1500 hrs , Check out time : 1100 hrs
• Any other expenses of personal nature
• Portages at hotels, airport and sea ports
• Anything not mentioned in the cost inclusions
• Any Increase in ROE (As of now Calculated at USD 01= INR 62/-)
• Tips to the coach driver will be USD 3 per person per day, the same is mandatory, to be paid before departure
• As hotels / Flights / Itinerary / Route are subject to change without notice, no compensation will be Paid for changes you may need to make in your domestic travel. Subject to RBI / GOI approval for BTQ Passengers.
• YOU GO TRIP holds the right to change the airline, routing of itinerary and travel date (any point of
Time before the departure of the tour; alternate options will be advised incase this happens.

Important Note
• All Group Tours would be conducted with Min 30 pax. If the Group size is below 30 pax means, the Guest would be transferred to the next available Group. If they want to go on the given dates means, it would be treated as SIC (Seat in Coach) basis with additional supplement cost.
• We are not holding any confirmed seat in the flight and rooms. Flight seats and rooms are subject to availability.

Cost :
Rs.20,000/- + US$ 325 = Rs.40,000/- Per Person on Twin / Triple Sharing
Rs.20,000/- + US$ 305 = Rs.38,750/- Per Child with Bed (3 to 11 Years)
Rs.20,000/- + US$ 250 = Rs.35,000/- Per Child without Bed (3 to 11 Years)

• 50% of the tour cost required - 60 days prior to the departure date
• 70% of the tour cost required - 45 days prior to the departure date
• 100% of the tour cost required - 30 days prior to the departure date

Cancelation Policy
If booking is cancelled before 50 Days, 40% of the PACKAGE AMOUNT would be deducted
If booking is cancelled before 30-49 Days, 70% of the PACKAGE AMOUNT would be deducted
If booking is cancelled before 15-29 Days, NO REFUND WOULD BE GIVEN.
