Urgent requirement Mid Sized Vehicles

We have an urgent requirement of self driven mid sized vehicles with power window,power steering & airconditioning,interiors should be absolutely clean,odourless,petrol or diesel no problem,engine shud not require any tinkering,tyres shud not be bald,puc check certificate compulsory,no accidents registered.
we are hosting a group of foreign delgates & have already appointed drivers as per their requirement so we will not be needing the drivers ,vehicles will be taken on a 3 month trial rental basis,payment will be made by post dated cheques of 45 days in advance @ rs.25000 per month per vehicle,fuel expense will be borne by us,maintainence work if any arises will have to be taken care by the vehicle owner,vehicle will be used within city limits mostly after 3 pm,if at all the need arises to leave the city limits the owner will be preinformed.
Preference will be given to first come first served vehicles who fulfill the above criteria requirement & in immaculate conditions from exterior & interior.Only genuine persons interested in long term business for a period of 7 to 9 years after this trial need contact,brokers,persons having vehicles with yellow number plate please excuse
