    Special Yoga Asanas scheduled for Specific ailments or diseases.

    1 hour includes- Warm up, Sooryanamashkaras, Yoga Asanas, Stretching, Pranayams (Breathing Exercise) & meditation.

    Alternate days 12 sessions a month Recommended.

    Also other courses are available like Circuit & Pilates Training, Internal-External Meditation, Dynamic Meditation & Chakra Meditation.
