Commercial terms:

The Company shall pay an one time fee @ 8.33 % of the Cost to company (CTC) plus Service tax as applicable, as offered to the joined candidate.
As per the market norms, the company had to make payment with in Thirty days of the candidate joining.
In the event, if the placed manpower from the agency resigns from the organization within 90 days from the date of joining, than there shall be no payment paid by the Company and it is the liability of the agency to source the relevant manpower as replacement.
The payment on services for replacing manpower shall be made considering the date of joining of the replaced new employee.
