Essential Qualification and Experience:
Deputy General Manager (Finance) -> CA / ICWA with Graduation. Minimum 17 Years Experience.

Assistant Manager (Geology) -<>Post Graduate in Geology / Applied Geology with 60% Marks. Minimum 08 Years Experience.

Assistant Manager (Drilling) -> Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 60% Marks. Minimum 08 Years Experience.

Assistant Manager (Legal) -> Graduate in any discipline with Degree in Law with 60% Marks or equivalent (OR) 05 Years Integrated LLB with 60% Marks or equivalent. Minimum 08 Years Experience.

Assistant Manager (HR) -> - Degree and Post graduate diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation or Labour welfare or MBA with major in Personnel Management or Master's degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation. Minimum 08 Years Experience.

Assistant Manager (Finance) -> CA / I.C.W.A with graduation. Minimum 08 Years Experience.

Accounts Officer -> A / I.C.W.A with graduation. Minimum 02 Years Experience.

Material Officer -> Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks. 02 Years Experience in responsible capacity in Material.

Foreman (Drilling) -> Diploma in Drilling Engineering with 60% marks. 01 Year post diploma experience in Exploratory Drilling.

Stenographer -> Bachelor Degree and Shorthand and typing of 80 and 40 wpm respectively. Minimum 01 year Experience.

Mechanic-cum-Operator (Drilling) -> Matriculate or equivalent with ITI Certificate in Mechanic (Earth Moving Machinery) (EMM) / Diesel Mechanic / Motor Mechanic / Fitter trade). Minimum 03 years' experience.

Driver -> Matriculate or equivalent and possessing valid license for driving light and heavy vehicles. Minimum 04 years' experience.

Machinist -> - Matriculate or equivalent with 1T1 certificate in Turner/ Machinist/ Grinder or Miller trade. Minimum 03 years' experience.

Operator (Computer) -> - Degree of BCA/ BCS/ BCCA/ B.Sc. (Computer Science/ IT/ Computer Applications)/ Bachelor of Information System & Management (BISM) from a UGC / AICTE recognized University or Graduation in any stream and having 01 year Diploma/ PG Diploma in IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Applications from a recognized Board/University. Desirable - 2 Years' relevant experience in respective discipline.

Assistant (HR) -> Graduate Degree in any stream with typing speed of 40 w.p.m. on computer. Minimum 02 Years experience.

Technician (Survey & Draftsman) -> Matriculate or equivalent with ITI Certificate in Survey / Draftsmanship (civil). Minimum 02 years experience in the line.

Selection Process:

(1) Assistant Manager, Accounts Officer, Material Officer -> Personal Interview
(2) For all other posts -> Written Test / Skill Test / Trade Test

Application Registration Fee: 100/- for General and OBC candidates. Not applicable in case of SC/ ST/ PwD/ Hx-Serviceman / Departmental candidates. The fee will submit through Prescribed Bank Challan - Punjab National Bank or State Bank of India.
