Sitabani Jungle and Spa Resort is located in the newly formed Sitabani Landscape. Sitabani forest is buffer zone of Jim Corbett National Park. Permit is not required for safari in this zone. Jungle trekking can be enjoyed here. Sitabani tourist zone is not under Corbett tiger reserve. In Sitabani, there is no limitation of vehicle. It's a famous zone for bird watching.
