Inclusions
o 04 Nights accommodation on a twin sharing basis
o Meals as per hotel plan
o All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in an air-conditioned vehicle (except in the hills when the
air-conditioner will be switched off)
o All toll taxes, parking fees and driver s allowances
o All applicable hotel taxes
Imp Note Rohtang Pass visit will be subject to NGT permission (National Green Tribunal). Alternate sight-seeing will be
provided in case of any deviation !

Exclusions
o 4.50% government service tax
o Anything not mentioned under 'Package Inclusions'
o All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals
o Vehicle service on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary
o Medical and travel insurance
o Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill
health, roadblocks and/or any force majeure beyond our control

Payment Policy
Advance Booking Fee
o 30 days or more before date of departure: 25% of total cost
o 29 - 20 days before date of departure: 50% of total cost
o 19 days or less before date of departure: 100% of total cost
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 20 days
before date of departure.
Cancellation Policy

You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification
or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The
cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:
