It is our deep conviction that the domestic workforce system must be formalized and well-organized for the benefit of both the client and the helper. As part of making this difference, we've partnered with like-minded NGOs to increase employability amongst the semi-literate and illiterate living on the very fringes of our society. We identify potential domestic workers; provide professional training, upskilling and place them. We offer guidance, counselling, social security and a secure future.
