These laws have been made more favorable to drug manufacturers.
The Indian National Regulatory Authority (NRA) has successfully completed a recent assessment conducted by WHO, obtaining the highest rating of four out of five parameters. This is another feather added to the cap and a welcome call for more CROs to conduct clinical research and trials in India.
