Ampere Software launches 6 months and other short term industry ready hands on training programs with real work opportunities. 3/6 months industrial training cum live project development experience program for MCA, B.E. and B. Tech students with industrial training requirements and also to passed out students looking for their first professional break. It's a perfect program/opportunity for passed out candidates who are yet to embark on their professional journey.
 
Self-funded training program (company will charge for infrastructure and efforts cost etc.) to make fresh graduate industry ready, by exposing them to actual corporate environment, actual software development work opportunities, rigorous training on technical platform (Microsoft.NET) that makes them industry ready and with focus on their overall career and personality development.
 
Full support would be provided to place them in the industry, support to entrepreneurship path if they chose, star performers may get placed within the company and on software development projects. More than 4 hours of work/training opportunity on daily basis (with home assignment for constant engagement) and 5 days per week. Candidate will have to bring their own laptops.
