Job Description

C.V. Collection (through C.V. database or advertisement)
Screening the CV’s
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
End to End joining formalities.
Arrangement of development programs of the employee to develop communication, leadership, grooming skills for self-development.
Maintaining Employee welfare activities and event.
Conducting various welfare events.
Looking after the management of all the record, documentation, related to H.R. Department.
Maintenance of employee database.
Maintaining / Updating leave records.
Record maintains and monitors attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Coordinate with consultants & candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing.
Studying the major factors of attrition.
Brainstorming with employees to know the reason for attrition.
Learned various strategies for retention.

Mandatory

Mininum Graduate in any Stream.
Good Communication Skills.
Minimum 70 % in entire Educaton.
Positive attitute and work under Pressure.
