National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) (A Government of India Undertaking) is looking for dynamic and result oriented candidates as Management Trainees in the discipline of Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Computers and Materials. Age Limit: 27 Years as on 1st January 2016. i.e. candidates born before 01.01.89 need not apply. For candidates with MCA qualification the age limit is 29 years as on 01.01.2016. Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of 16400-3%-40500 at the basic pay of 16400/- during one-year training. On successful completion of training period these candidates will be considered for regularization as Engineers / Officers in the pay scale of 16400-3%-40500 at a basic pay of 16900/-.

Educational Qualification: Full time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology (AMIE - for Departmental candidates) (MCA for Computers) with not less than 60% marks (50% for SC,ST), taking average of all the Semesters / Years, irrespective of the weight-age given to any particular semester / year by the Institute / University. A candidate with the prescribed degree identified for the concerned discipline (Given Below) and have qualified GATE-2015 Exam in the relevant discipline.

Selection Process: Shortlisted Candidates (Based on GATE-2015 Marks) will be called for Personal Interview.

Weightage of marks obtained in Qualifying Examination i.e. GATE-2015(rounded of to 02 decimal places) - 80%
Weightage in Interview - 20%

Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General / OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of 500/-. The SC / ST / PWD category and Departmental candidates need not pay the registration fee.
