Qualification and Experience:

Executive Director (Technical) > Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or equivalent qualification or AME's Licence with multiple endorsements in appropriate category (OR) Pilots with CHPL / CPL having helicopter/aircraft flying endorsement with 5000 hrs of flying including 1000 hrs as PIC on type plus IR (OR) MBA or Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. 18 years experience as AME / Pilot / Executive out of which 2 years shall be in the scale of E-7 Rs. 43200-66000 or equivalent responsibility.

Executive Director (HR & Admin) -> MBA / Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. 18 years experience as Executive out of which 2 years shall be in the scale of E-7 Rs. 43200-66000 or equivalent responsibility.

General Manager (Engineering) -> Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Computer Science / Electronic or equivalent. Candidates possessing MBA / MCA / M.Tech would be preferred. 15 years experience as Executive out of which 2 years shall be Executive Cadre in the scale of E-6 Rs. 36600 - 62000 or equivalent responsibility.

General Manager (MRO) -> Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic or equivalent qualification (OR) MBA or Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management. 15 years experience as Executive out of which 2 years shall be in the scale of E-6 Rs. 36600 - 62000 or equivalent responsibility.
