SAP - L1 - Training Methodology:-

Assignment:

Assignments to be prepared based on the topic taken for the day
Weekly 5 Assignments are mandatory to all the SAP Trainees
Each Assignment will carry 2 marks and finally it will be calculated for 10 marks in your weekly CGPA for total 5 Assignments.

Presentation:

Need to present based on the last 1 week trained Topics.
Presentation time would be around 20 minutes
Based on one answer everyone would get aware of the same
Weekly presentation considers for 10 marks and these marks would be added for your weekly CGPA marks.
All the CDP candidates are mandatory to present and improve the CGPA marks.

Weekly evaluation:

Trainers will provide the Real Time scenarios on weekly basis
All the CDP candidates should deliver the Evaluation scenarios on weekly basis.
Evaluation deliverables consider as 10 Marks and will be added to your weekly CGPA Marks.

Weekly CGPA Marks:

Assignment deliverables 5 * 2 = 10 Marks
Presentation deliverables 1 * 10 = 10 Marks
Evaluation deliverables 1 * 10 = 10 Marks
CGPA = 10 + 10 + 10 = 30. CGPA = 30 / 3 = 10 Per Week

Daily KT Session w ith Consultant
Knowledge Transfer session: One module trainee would give presentation where the others will get the knowledge of that particular module.
Cross Module Knowledge
Trainees would learn other modules which would help them in their integration part when they are On Board.
Mini Project
Trainee has to prepare a Mini Project based on the 45 days training.
Interview
Trainee will be assessed by conducting an Interview to check their level of knowledge and exposure.

After completion of your Level-1 training we will start the pre project training, individual module trainee need to work minimum of 5 business process configuration, testing and prepare the user manual document. This would help you to get more exposure to start your real time project.
Before start the Real time project all the trainee visit to the client and meet the end user department wise and collect the business process, day to day activities, MIS reports, daily,weekly reports.

5.3 Level3 Training ( SAP Support Project)
During the cut over activities of your implementation project we provides support proejct exposure. Support project have 3 types deliverables;
5.3.1 Support Tickets 50 to 75 EA
Level-3
1) Support Proj
(50 to 75 EA)
2) Enhancement
(5 Per Module)
3) GAP Analysis
(5 Per Module)

We provide 50 to 75 support tickets which helps you to get 3 to 4 years of SAP Consultant exposure.
Our Consultant will allocate support tickets daily basis to you and you have to complete at-least 5 tickets per day.
You have to interact with ABAP Consultant enhancement and GAP analysis tickets.
5.3.2 Enhancement 5 Per module
We provide 5 enhancements per module which helps you to get 3 to 4 years of SAP Consultant exposure.
Our Consultant will help you to understand the enhancement process and make sure you to complete the enhancement during the support project.
You have to interact with ABAP Consultant and complete your enhancement assignment.
5.3.3 GAP Analysis 5 per module.
We provide 5 GAP Analysis per module which helps you to get 3 to 4 years of SAP Consultant exposure.
Our Consultant will help you to understand the GAP analysis process and make sure you to complete the GAP Analysis during the support project.
You have to interact with ABAP Consultant and complete your GAP Analysis process.
