Awards
Each academic year, The Indian Instituion of Engineers pause to recognize the achievements of our faculty, students and alumni at a number of awards ceremonies. The achievements of this group showcase the best in engineering scholarship and practice.

IIE Young Engineer Award
To recognise outstanding achievements /contributions made by Young Engineers in any branch of engineering.

Citizen Engineer Award
Citizen Engineer award is awarded to engineers based on their contributions to their community through public involvement, public awareness, or public service. These individuals will have contributed significant personal energy to enhance the recognition as a respected profession through their involvement and will have improved the image of engineering in their community.

Engineers India Medal
This Medal recognises meritorious service at the divisional level by an individual or group to achieve Engineers India goals in the interests of the profession.

IIE Outstanding Engineer Award
This award should be given high visibility and status in the Chapter. The award presentation should be coordinated with the local media to ensure maximum exposure in the local community.

Major Projects Award
This award recognises the contribution of an individual working as part of a team involved in a major engineering project that has substantial impact on society.
