Candidates seeking admission to BDS courses have to qualify NEET UG and those seeking admission to MDS and PG Diploma courses have to qualify NEET PG exam.
Counselling process for both BDS and MDS courses is conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examination Authority). Seats for both the courses are allotted to eligible candidates who complete the counselling process successfully.
Steps to be followed to participate in the counselling process are:
Make payment of INR 750 for BDS course (INR 1000 for PG course) as registration fee.
After Registration, the candidates have to get original documents verified at the Verification Counter.
After verification, the original documents will be returned to the candidate and KEA will retain one set of the attested photocopies of all the documents.
On successful verification, an acknowledgement cum verification slip will be issued to the candidates.
Candidates who become eligible after verification of documents will be given the high-security secret key.
They have to use this secret key to register and create a password for login at online option entry portal.
