People behind this website: This website is the brainchild of Ms Jyoti Srivastava [Advocate & Legal Consultant & Trained Mediator in Commercial Mediation (from Samadhan, Delhi High Court & IICA under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs); Joint Secretary, Council for Conflict Resolution-Maadhyam; Former Counsellor-in-Chief, Rainmaker. Jyoti started this website in the year 2015 to capture research in law and legal development. She is a 2006 batch lawyer and is educated at the prestigious Hindu College, Delhi University. Before joining the law profession, she was a civil service aspirant and had cleared the civil service prelims exam. She is practising as an advocate and a legal consultant before Delhi Courts and outside as well. She has served in the capacity of Honorary Advisor to organisations like the BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry. She has experience of working with reputed organisations like Rainmaker as its Counsellor-in-Chief. She started her career before the Supreme Court of India while working with the leading law firms in Delhi where she had represented both International and domestic clients in litigation and corporate matters.
