Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) Puducherry recruitment of Senior Resident (SR) for filling up 91 Vacancies in various departments of this Institute on Regular Basis. The post of SR is a tenure post for three years. The Walk in Interview scheduled to be held on 7th and 8th April 2016.

Department wise Vacancies: Anesthesiology - 20, Anatomy - 01, Biochemistry - 03, Blood Transfusion - 01, Medicine - 09, EMSD (Casualty) - 07, Forensic Medicine - 01, Gastro-Medicine - 05, General Medicine - 09, Obst & Gynaec - 07, Orthopedics - 04, Physiology - 02, Pediatrics - 01, Pharmacology - 01, P & S.M - 02, Psychiatry - 01, Pulmonary Medicine - 03, Radio-Diagnosis - 05, Radiotherapy - 01, General Surgery - 06, Neonatology - 03, Nuclear Medicine - 06, Geriatric Medicine - 02.

Selection Process: A written Examination based on MCQs in the subject concerned will be conducted for eligible Candidate followed by Personal Interview. 85% of total marks will be for written test and 15% for Personal interview

Application Fee: A Demand Draft (DD) for 500/ for General and OBC candidates and 250/- for SC/ST candidates drawn in favour of The Director, JIPMER, Puducherry-06. No fee is payable by Persons with Disabilities (PwD's) candidates.

Interested and eligible candidates may attend the Written test / Interview to be held at 08.30.A.M from 07/04/2016 to 08/04/2016 at Innovation Centre, Ground Floor, Administrative Block, JIPMER, Puducherry-06, along with (1) filled in application & Bio-Data in the prescribed format (appended) (2) the necessary certificates in original and an attested copy thereof and (3) a Demand Draft (DD).
