Question-Answers:

- The full program is 12 weeks per level. Is it possible to register for a period of less than 12 weeks ? Yes, you can choose the number of weeks depending on your availability and your budget. For the latter, see our rates.

- When can I integrate an existing group ?Every Monday, except for complete beginners.

- Note for complete beginners: If you are a complete beginner, it is compulsory to start from the beginning of each session of the A1 program. Here are the dates (Every first Monday of each quarter): 06/10/2014, 05/01/2015, 06/04/2015, 06/07/2015, 05/10/2015

Welcome offer:
- 10% discount for all new customers

Discount for advance payment:
- 10% discount if full amount is paid 30 days before the course starts.
- 20% discount if full amount is paid 60 days before the course starts.
- 30% discount if full amount is paid 90 days before the course starts.

Discount for candidates wishing to join the group with their friends or their family:

- 10% discount for 2 learners enrolled
- 20% discount for 3 learners enrolled
- 30% discount for 4 learners enrolled

Registration and cancellation fees:

The prices given are valid until the 31st December. These include the training course and documents.

If a trainee cannot participate in the planned course, he or she can be replaced by another person.

Registration can only be transferred on to another session if the request is received at least 30 days before the date of the course.

Any registration cancelled 30 days or less before the date of the start of the training course is considered as definitive and full fees are required. Any course, once started, must be fully paid for.

The Institute reserves the right to cancel a session if the number of participants is insufficient.

Payment :Unless otherwise agreed, the price of a program is payable in advance.
