SESSION 1
BASIC ELECTRONICS:AC/DC fundamentals,introduction of electricity(volt,current,ampex),intorduction of pcb circuit,layers of pcb(motherboard),introduction of cpu,ram and it generation.
ADVANCED TESTING AND REPARING TOOLS:Hot air gun introduction,soldering iron,digital multimeter,advanced magnetic screw driver kit,laptop diagnostic card,universal bios programmer,cro machine&bga machine,SMD componenet tester,freqvency tester.
SESSION 2
COMPONENTS AND CONNECTOR INTRODUCTION:Identification of electronic components and connector in laptop,identification of smd component & types.1.rgistor,capacitor,diode,induction and fuse identification,2.banisistors and mosefet ics,3.quad.care ic package,flat in line ic package,4.i/o ics and type,5.BGA ics(BGA grid arxey) details,6.various,connector used in laptop introduction.
SESSION 3
COMPONENTS AND ICS CHECKING:Damaged and ok component testing practice,component checking by analog and digital multimeter,components by using CRO & other machine,assembling and de-assembling.
SESSION 4
REWORK PRACTICE (PART-1):Soldering and desoldering practice of component&ics,removing and fixing SMD components,removing and inserting connector,stocket,chip practice(using soldering iron.SMD machine,hotgun.
SESSION 5
REPAIR PRACTICE(PART-2):Block diagram representation for all models,schematic representation for all models,software diagram tracing method,eg:sony,hp,dell,samsung,acer.
SESSION 6
POWER SUPPLY OF DIFFERENT CHIP VCC CORE,5V sus,3V,1.5V,1.8V sus,RUN VOLTAGE,VCORE VOLTAGE:Power section primory stage(5v,3v),secondary stage(1.5v,1.8v,2.5v),power stage VRM cpu core voltage,power turning on sequence like,cpu core voltage generator section,chip set voltage generator section,ram voltage generator section,clock generator section,bios chips section,types of biios.
SESSION 7
TRACING DIFFERENT CONNECTOR AND STOCKET PIN DETAILS:mini pci slot,lan 1EEE,audio connector,modem,rtl,i/o connector,cd room,HDD connector,vga connector,key board connection,felica,HDMI,touch pad connection,on/off switches connection.
SESSION 8
CHIP LEVEL FAULT&TROUBLE SHOOTING SOLUTION MODELS:SONY,HP,SAMSUNG,DELL,ACER,ASUS:1.laptop M/B DC to dc conversation voltage generation problem,main power supply short problems,diagnosis solution.
2.Laptop M/B diagnosing,solting problems b/w power and other section,diagnosing the problem in systematic way.
3.Diagnosing and solving the critical problemsof laptop like hanging,battery not charging,usb not detecting,k/B not detecting AC adaptor not detecting and all other working problems.
4.Laptop dim display problem,isolated problem,between screen,invertor board&main motherboard.
5.Laptop internal and external display problems,different and fault finding.
6.Laptop K/B problem esolating the problem between power section and date section and pin details.
7.Laptop(HDD/DVD)not detecting and checking points and solution.
