Non - Mission crucial areas may be managed through contractual staffing. It could be on a 3, 6, 12 or 18
months contract through Staffing compliance’s (PF, ESI etc.), assistance on Income Tax

Assessment Services & Recruitment Process
In Assessment Services, we assist our clients with assessment of candidates on key areas as required by the
client. Our preliminary screen tests and interviews probe candidate’s education & skills, past experience,
aspiration levels, future plans, temperament, mental dexterity, general knowledge on current affairs etc.
Candidates are interviewed telephonically/ personally. Aptitude tests are also administered to help us
understand their job inclination better.
Note: Once the candidate is short listed and sent to the client for selection process the selected candidate is
given the ‘letter of appointment’ and is scheduled for the ‘Orientation Program’, to join the client organization.
