The difference between these two is the
1. Forest honey is free of pesticides, antibiotis, fertilizers.
2. In naturally built bee hives (found in forest)both the pollen and honey will be stored in the same comb, compared to apiary honey in which pollen and honey will be stored in separate combs. So harvested forest honey will contain pollen grains, which has high plant protein (amino acids).
