Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and payable, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transaction entries.
Assist in preparing financial statements (balance sheet, income statement).
Reconcile sales data from online platforms with internal records.
Prepare monthly fund flow statements and profit & loss summaries.
Handle tax filings (GSTR1, GSTR2B, TDS payments) and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
Process payroll, vendor payments, and other financial transactions.
Conduct stock audits and manage expense tracking.
Handle the founder s personal accounts and investments, ensuring timely payments and management of financial commitment
