Admission in Bharati Vidhyapeeth through Management Quota BBA/LLB

Admission to LL.B. program is done on the basis of marks scored in an entrance test which is conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth University.
Candidates shall be admitted to B.B.A. LL.B. and B.A. LL.B. according to the marks scored in the entrance test.
Admission to either of the two LLM programs, is done on the basis of marks scored in Combined All
India PG Law Entrance Test conducted by the Bharati Vidyapeeth University followed by group discussion.
For admission in Ph.D., the eligible candidates will have to appear in a written test conducted by the university.

Eligibility Criteria

As prescribed by Bar Council of India, Rules of Legal Education 2008, the applicant shall have passed 10+2 or an examination recognized as equivalent there to and have obtained 45% of the total marks in case of general category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC & ST applicant.
The maximum age for seeking admission into stream of 5 years bachelor degree course in law is limited to 20 years in general category and in case of SC, ST and other backward class applicant it is limited to 22 years.

Admission Process of Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development, Pune A candidate desirous of seeking admission to BBA/BCA program should full the minimum eligibility condition as laid in (2) above. He / she must have appeared for the B-UMAT Test. The candidates shall be oared admission on the basis of his/her rank in the Combined BBA / BCA merit list and availability of the seats for the program at a particular institute of the candidates' choice. The candidate has to mention the choice of the institute in the application form.

i) In the case of candidates securing equal number of marks in the Entrance Test, candidates will be ranked according to their percentage of marks scored at SSC or its equivalent examination.
