Clearing Class 12 examination/equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. English subject should be one of the main languages in the course. A minimum score of least 45 per cent marks in the qualifying examination is necessary. Candidates belonging to Schedule Tribe, Schedule Caste or Schedule Caste category Category-I and OBC category have to secure at least 40 per cent marks to be eligible.

KMAT Entrance Exam@RNSIT Bangalore
The KMAT entrance examination is conducted by the Karnataka Post Graduate Private Colleges' Association (KPPGCA) to provide admission to PG courses.
The KMAT entrance exam has three sections Quantitative Aptitude, Verbal and Reading Comprehension, and Logical Reasoning.
Applicants who have scored qualifying marks in Bachelor's degree can apply for the KMAT entrance examination.
Usually, the entrance exam will happen offline, but due to Covid, the KMAT entrance will be conducted online.
The students who have cleared the KMAT entrance will have to appear in counselling sessions conducted by the board.
Admission will be provided to students for the MBA course based on entrance rank, academic scores, and counselling performance.
