The aspirant will be considered eligible for CLAT if he/she has passed the 12th examination with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).

B.A.LLB: Bachelor of Law (LLB) is a traditional three-year degree, which students can pursue after completing their Bachelors' degree. Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of legislative law is a 5-year course which is a professional integrated course that is integrated with two interrelating subjects of humanities and law. The duration of the course is 5 years and consists of 10 semesters of study.

This integrated bachelor degree consists of disciplines such as political science, sociology, Economics and English as minor areas of study to supplement the wide range of law subjects such as public international law, intellectual property law, and constitutional law. Aspirants having a minimum of 50% or higher in 10+2 and a good score in the entrance exams provided by the universities and the examination authority are eligible to apply for this course.

BBA.LLB: Bachelor of business administration & Bachelor of legislative law is a five-year integrated course that consists of two interrelating subjects which include business and law. The bachelor degree consists of the subjects relating to business and law as the subject line consists of business-related subjects such as business management, principles of management, business statistics and the branch of law which has a focus on various subjects of law which include company law, commercial law, and constitutional law.
