Overview-
The two-year full-time residential MBA is SIBM Pune's flagship programme, spread across four semesters and offering specialisations in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain Management and Data Analytics. The structure of the programme is designed to give students the best in industry exposure and a nurturing classroom environment, to help them become the leaders of tomorrow, in the specialisation of their choice.

Specialization Offered-
Marketing
A focused course structure equips those interested in this field with the skill set needed to understand, interpret and apply marketing concepts in live corporate scenarios. The students learn the practical applications of marketing principles through case studies, seminars, workshops, guest lectures and research projects.

Human Resource
This course provides students with the skills required for successful human capital management. It familiarises them with current corporate practices in the line. The course focuses on interpersonal and people management skills, to enable students to transcend the scope of Human Resource Management and become Strategic Business Partners.
Finance

This specialisation is designed to provide students with a strong base in applied financial management. It helps them in sound financial decision-making, providing a deep understanding of the financial aspects of the economy and the corporate world. The quantitative and analytic skills of the students are enhanced in the process.
Operations and Supply Chain Management

Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Distribution networks have become huge differentiating factors for an organisation as it competes in the market. Data Analytics

Managing large volumes of Data successfully has been identified as a critical skillset for the growth of a business organization. Eligibility Criteria-

Admission process-
Entrance Exam:
SIBM Pune used to accept scores from the Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP) for admission to its MBA program. Candidates needed to register and appear for the SNAP exam.

SNAP Registration:
You would need to register for SNAP on the official SNAP website during the application period. Pay the registration fee as required.

SNAP Exam:
Appear for the SNAP exam, which typically tests your quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning skills.

Shortlisting:
Based on your SNAP scores, SIBM Pune would shortlist candidates for the next stage of the selection process.

Group Exercise (GE) and Personal Interview (PI):
Shortlisted candidates would be invited to appear for the Group Exercise and Personal Interview rounds at SIBM Pune's campus. These rounds assess your communication skills, analytical ability, and overall suitability for the program.

Merit List:
SIBM Pune would prepare a merit list based on SNAP scores, GE-PI performance, and other relevant factors.

Admission Offer:
If you are selected, you would receive an admission offer from SIBM Pune.
