Admission Requirements for RV College of Engineering 2024
Candidates who are keen to join the B.E. or B.Tech program in RV College of Engineering need to passed 12th Standard or 10+2 or 2nd year PUC or equivalent examinations for any recognized Board or University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one among Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Electronics, etc. and English as a language subject.
They shouldn t have less than 45% marks in total, students belong to ST/SC category will get 5% relaxation in total marks.
Entrance Exams needed 2024
KCET conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority for admissions to Government as well as Private Engineering and other Professional Colleges of the Karnataka State. Candidates who are resident of Karnataka State for seven or more could appear for KCET.
COMEDK-UGET conducted by the association of Private Engineering, Medical and Dental Colleges of the state for admissions to only private engineering colleges available in the state. Karnataka, as well as Non-Karnataka students, could appear for this test.
JEE (Main) conducted by CBSE New Delhi for admissions to engineering programs at NITs (National Institute of Technology), IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology), CFTIs (Centrally Funded Technical Institutes) and other SFTIs (State Funded Technical Institutes) locates across the country.
Note: Appearance in any one among the above-mentioned exams is mandatory. RV College of Engineering Bangalore is not participating in JEE (Main) counseling so no Admission will be done to RV College of Engineering through JEE Counseling.
