Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) is a reputed engineering college in Karnataka and a constituent college of MIT MU) which was established in 1957. It is one of the self-financed Engineering colleges in the country. In the year 2000, MIT became a constituent college of the deemed university known as MIT Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). MIT offers undergraduate, postgraduate programs in engineering streams which are AICTE approved. It also provides many part-time and full-time Research programs.
