Job description :

Design and Development: Conceptualization: Translating ideas and requirements into detailed designs for mechanical systems, components, and products.

CAD Modeling: Utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of designs.

Simulation and Analysis: Performing simulations and analyses to evaluate factors like stress, strain, thermal behavior, and fluid dynamics.

Prototyping: Developing and testing prototypes of designs to ensure functionality and performance.

Documentation: Creating technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.

Problem Solving and Improvement: Troubleshooting: Investigating and diagnosing mechanical failures or malfunctions.

Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement in existing designs or processes.

Research and Development: Conducting research to explore new technologies and materials. Project Management: Managing projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Manufacturing and Installation: Process Design: Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for mechanical products.

Quality Control: Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications.

Installation and Commissioning: Overseeing the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment. Maintenance: Developing and implementing maintenance procedures for mechanical systems and equipment.
