PES University Bangalore

PES University was established in 1972 as the PES Institute of Technology. Since its founding, the Peoples Education Society (PES) has worked tirelessly to provide high-quality science, medicine, engineering, and management education. The institute was granted autonomous status by the UGC in 2008, and PESIT turned into PES University in 2013 with the permission of the UGC.

PESIT was affiliated with the Visvesvaraya Technological University which in 2013 re-established itself as a Karnataka State Private University for higher education.

PESIT South Campus was founded in the year 2013 located in Electronic City, South Bangalore.

PES University s 2nd campus was established in 2005, spread over 50 acres.

Students can join PES University through PESSAT, Karnataka CET, JEE Mains exam score, or by Management Quota seats by paying a higher tuition fee compared to PESSAT and JEE mains quota applicable fees.
