PGP in Construction Business Analytics

This Eleven Month Online Post Graduate Programme in Construction Business Analytics (PGP CBA) aims to develop contemporary understanding of the analytics-based construction management metrics. It will enable the project managers to measure, observe, analyse, simulate, plan, predict data and accelerate the pace of making informed decisions related to company/project performance objectively and make rational project decisions with analytical certainty rather than making vague decisions with subjective uncertainty. The Programme covers key courses related to business analytics including data collection, data visualizations, descriptive statistics, basic probability, statistical inference, creating linear models, predictive and prescriptive analytics. It will enable the student to apply fundamental analytics to business decisions, especially in the areas of estimation and tendering, contract management, project management, finance and people management.
