Students who wanted to join Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering Bangalore for Civil Engineering need to fulfill the prerequisite eligibility criteria which have been stated by the university or governing body (AICTE) for Engineering Admission:
They should pass 10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
They should score 45 % marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/ Computer science/ Electronic in their 10+2 or equivalent qualifying examination.
They should also appear for the entrance exams conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority i.e. Common Entrance Test (CET), or COMEDK UGET which is conducted every year by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of the state for Karnataka as well as non-Karnataka students.
