Tour itinerary Ooty Mysore ( 3 Nights 4 Days)
Day 1:1st Feb: After arrival in Banglore proceed to Ooty. On arrival in Ooty checking to a hotel. Evening visit Botanical Gardens and Ooty Lake. Overnight stay @ Ooty.
Day 2:2nd Feb: After breakfast Proceed to Coonoor. Coonoor Sight seeing (Sim's Park' lam's Rock, Dolphin Nosen Tea factory and tea Gardens) and Doddabetta Peak. Overnight stay @ Ooty.
Day 3:3rd Feb: After breakfast proceed to Mysore. On arrival check in to hotel. Visit Chamunda Hills and Big Bulls. Evening proceed to Brindavan Garden and Mysore Palace. Overnight stay @ Mysore.
Day 4:4th Feb: Early morning after breakfast (7.30 am) checkout from Mysore hotel and visit En route Srirangapatna (Dariya Daulat Bagh, Gumbaz, Tippu Fort and Temple). And later proceed to Bangalore Airport.

PAYMENT POLICY :
The prices quoted are for payment by cash, wire transfer &cheque. Credit or debit card payment will have additional charges of 2.5%. The Tour price is paybale to Maya Holidays / Shimla Kashmir Tours & Travels as per the Cut-Off Dates.
Flight ticket, Train Ticket or Bus Ticket Payment has to be done on same day of booking.
Failure to pay by Cut-Off Date entitles Maya Holidays / Shimla Kashmir Tours &Travels to cancel your Booking without prior notice and without refund of the advance deposit.
Cost Exclusions :
o ASI & entrance fees for all monuments / sightseeing places
o Any air/train fare
o Items of a personal nature -i.e. drinks, laundry, tips & gratuities, still/video camera fees at monuments or any items not specified under inclusions
o Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as flight delays.Rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, etc.
o For room heater requirement please directly contact to hotelier (Extra charges will be applicable as per to hotel policy)
o Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the above specified itinerary. The vehicle used for transfers or sightseeing is not at disposal.
o 5% GST

Cancellation Policy:
After booking Cancellation Charges are applicable on total invoice amount as follows. Besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:
o From Booking Date to 30 Days to Departure 40% of total tour cost
o With in 10 to 30 days prior to departure 75% of total tour cost
o With in last 10 days prior to departure 100% of total tour cost
For Postpone the tour program Rs.3000.00 will be minimum Charges applicable.
There will be no refund for No Shows.
Our liabilities & limitations :
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra, Hike in union rates etc.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines, Taxi etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such change - the rates quoted by us before modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions,political issues, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. Though Himachal and Kashmir have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.
Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. Wesuggest you to check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before conforming the package. Hotels can be changed in Snow fall situation/Critical Condition for your convenience and no refund in any case.Hotels in Himachal and Kashmir are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.

Services of package will be provided on written basis only & complimentary services cannot be claimed if not provided in any case.
Client has to check Flight status or Flight Timing one day before travelling with Airlines. We are not responsible for changes in time in schedule of flight or cancel of flight or reaching at airport late because of traffic jam or vehicle failure.
In case False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers, The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers without any objection from external authorities.
Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
Early check-in or late check -out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel as per hotel policy.
