Bachelors Candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree of any statutory University in Engineering / Geology / Economics / Bio Technology / Environment Science / Architecture with minimum 50% (for SC / ST categories 45 %) aggregate marks at graduate level on Engineering graduates, only with full time work experience of more than one year in Energy / Environment sector will also be considered eligible Students who are in the final year of their bachelor degree education may also apply, admission of such candidate will be provisional Graduates passing Degree examination by part time / correspondence course are not eligible Should have scored minimum 107.5 marks in SNAP.

Candidates appearing for final year examinations can also apply, but their admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribes A candidate who has completed qualifying qualification from any Foreign University must obtain an equivalence certificate from Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

How to Apply
The Selection process is carried out in two steps.
Step I: SNAP Test: Each student desirous of admission to SIIB, Pune must appear for Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test, which is a common written test for the admission to all Symbiosis postgraduate institutes. For SNAP Test information log on to http://www.snaptest.org and register. Get your SNAP ID and complete the SNAP registration and payment, immediately select SIIB in the form and complete the Institution registration and payment (mandatory).
Preserve the Admit Card of SNAP Test for further selection process at SIIB, Pune. Appearing for the SNAP Test does not automatically qualify an applicant for the next step in the selection process at SIIB, Pune.
Step II: GEPI at SIIB, Pune: Based on SNAP scores, short-listed applicants will be called for the next selection process at SIIB, Pune. Result of shortlisted / not shortlisted candidates are announced via a web-link on SIIB website as per the scheduled dates. The entire selection process will be held at PUNE only. This process includes Group Exercise and Personal Interview.
Note: Candidates should take due care to enter the correct details while filling the forms. At any point of time during the entrance process or even after securing admission, the details are found incorrect then the candidate will be disqualified or after securing admission, admission will be cancelled without assigning the reason.
