Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune, was established in the heart of Pune city in 1977 to create one of the best LLB colleges in Pune. The aim was to deliver world-class law education to discerning students. SLS Pune was previously associated with the University of Pune. However, in 2002, it became a constituent of Symbiosis International University. As a result, it gained more autonomy in teaching, learning, and research. As Symbiosis International University's flagship campus, SLS Pune has garnered a reputation as one of the best law colleges in Pune.

SLS Pune offers Specialization:-
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - The Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.A. LL.B.) (Hons.) degree programme is a five-year integrated Administrative Law bachelor's degree programme offered by SLS Pune. It consists of a combined study of courses from the Arts stream with law education.

B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.B.A. LL.B.) (Hons.) is a five-year integrated Administrative Law degree programme provided at the bachelor's level by SLS Pune. Economics, Accounts, Business Studies, Comprehensive English, and Communication skills are among the subjects covered in the curriculum.

We have different LL.B. - Bachelor of Legislative Law (LL.B.) is a three-year undergraduate programme offered by SLS Pune designed to deliver a comprehensive understanding of law to discerning students. By integrating their domain knowledge into the legal profession, the curriculum will aid students in collecting legal information,skills,IT advocacy,Research,EU Law from several disciplines and professions to equip them to fulfil a variety of responsibilities as professional attorneys beyond the traditional function of litigation.

We have 8 Specializations in LL.M. - LL.M. is a one-year post-graduate law degree from SLS Pune. The curriculum prepares students to work as professionals in law and legal affairs in the country by allowing them to specialise in several legal sub-fields. SLS Pune offers 8 specialisations: Business and Corporate Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Innovation, Technology and Intellectual Property Law, Criminal and Security Law, Human Rights Law, Family Law, European Union Legal Studies, and Law, Policy and Good Governanc.
Admission Process For B.A. LL.B (HONS.) & BB.A (HONS.) Academic Year 2023-24
Candidate seeking admission to Symbiosis Law School, Pune (SLS, Pune) should complete the following procedure:
It is mandatory to appear for SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test) as a precondition for admission to SLS, Pune.
Candidate must complete the SLAT (Symbiosis Law Admission Test) online registration process.
Candidate must pay Rs. 1950/- as a SLAT Registration Fees.
Candidate must complete the SLS, Pune payment Rs. 1000/- per programme (i.e. B.A. LL.B (Hons.) or / and BB.A. LL.B (Hons.)) while filling the SLAT registration.

Eligibility
Candidate should have passed 10+2 from any recognized board with minimum 45% marks.
Key Points:-
5% relaxation in an undergraduate course is provided to all SC/ST candidates.
Intake for LLB in Symbiosis Law School is 60 students.
BA-LLB intake is 120 students and BBA LLB intake of students is 180.
INTAKE:
1.he total intake is 300 seats [inclusive of 180 seats of BB.A. LL.B (Hons.) and 120 seats of B.A. LL.B (Hons.)].
2.Separate Merit Lists for BB.A. LL.B (Hons.) and B.A. LL.B (Hons.) programme will be prepared and published. At the time of SLAT registration, it shall be mandatory for the candidates to clearly indicate the programme to which they wish to apply. A candidate is free to choose BOTH or ANY ONE programme.
Note: It is suggested that the candidates who have studied Arts/Social Sciences subjects for their qualifying examination may apply for B.A. LL.B (Hons.) programme. Similarly, those candidates who have studied Commerce/Accounts/Mathematics/Sciences may apply for BB.A LL.B (Hons.) programme. Further, the candidates are also free to make their own choice of selection of the programme depending on their ability, interest and opportunity. Please note that these two programmes differ only in the First Degree contents (either Humanities OR Business Administration), whereas the law courses offered in both the programmes are the same. Graduates in both streams are eligible for diverse legal careers and opportunities in Corporate, Litigation, Civil Services, Advocacy, Judiciary, Academics, jobs in International Organizations, International Admissions and others.

The placement record of students is close to 100%. We get really good firms for placement in our college. Since the college also helps the students get internships, quite a lot of students get PPO as well.
