Cancellation of Booking:- Cancellation can be entertained. However, 25 % of the total Booking Charge will be deducted if intimated before 7 days from the occupancy date. 40 % will be deducted if informed after 7 days but before 72 hours and No amount will be refunded if cancelled within 72 hours.
