BharatiVidyapeeth Deemed University has three campuses in Pune, one at Dhankawadi on Pune-Bangalore Highway 5 kms in the south of Pune and another at Erandwane, in the heart of the city and in Lavale.
Lavale Campus
BharatiVidyapeeth's Group of Institutes, Technical Campus, College of Engineering, Lavale, Pune has been established in the year 2012. The campus is located at a distance of 12 km from ChandiChowkKothrud, Pune, 32 Km from Pune airport and 26 km from Pune Railway station.The campus occupies 350 acres of land with a beautiful landscape and all other amenities. Since the institute is located at the outskirts of Pune city, it is completely pollution free and therefore provides a good teaching learning environment.The institute runs five branches viz. Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, with an intake of 60 students each.

Dhankawadi Campus
This campus is the prime campus of BVDU and is spread across 85 acres of land which is very conveniently located, this campus is also known as the Katraj Campus, It houses 24 colleges of various disciplines major among them are the Medical College, Dental College, & College Of Engineering Pune, This campus has a fully developed football and sports ground of 5 acres, It also houses the Bharati Hospital, and an Ayurved and Homeopathic Hospital, There are Hostels on campus for students, canteens, an ATM centre, Bharati Bank Branch, 24 hrs open Medical Store, Mess facility and the campus is a well maintained environment friendly green campus.

Erandwane Campus
This campus is located in the heart of Pune City and houses 5 major and other smaller colleges primary among them are IMED, New Law College Pune, Pune College of Pharmacy and YashwantraoChavan college of Arts Science & Commerce. A wide range of amenities such as Hostels, Play fields, Gardens, Canteen, Banking and Postal services, Dispensary, Watch & Ward services, Vehicle Parking etc. have been provided and properly maintained.
BharatiVidyapeeth Deemed University Medical College is one of the premier medical college imparting high quality medical education in private Sector. Established in 1989 it can boast of a well experienced, dedicated and committed faculty members, excellent infrastructure with specious class rooms, well equipped laboratories, a well stacked library with round the clock internet and digital library facilities and an 850 bedded attached tertiary care Bharati Hospital. The hospital caters for all the services and has a multidisciplinary OPD and IPD with super specialty services. It has well equipped and modern critical care facilities like the, ICU, NICU and PICU. It also has a very modern and state of art operation theatre and all the diagnostic facilities like CT scan, MRI, mammography etc. are available. It has a 24 hours functional blood bank and a pharmacy.
Outstanding Research Activities
In addition to continuous teaching and learning process, research drive is supposed to be a core competence of any University. We have excellent record on this front too. The research segment mainly comprises of traditional and applied research projects.

We proudly house 500 research scholars from different knowledge domains. In 2008-09, around 41 projects received grant of Rs.4, 25, 23,145 from the Central Government Departments and various statutory councils.

This quality research has resulted in 335 research papers, out of which 145 are in International and National journals and 190 in International and National conferences. Presently, 106 staff members are with Ph.D. qualifications and 99 are perusing it. This indicates, in very short period we will be very close to our target of having at least 20% staff members with Ph. D. qualifications.

In last two years we have received research grants from All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, CSIR, UGC, AYUSH etc. To accelerate research activities and evaluate its merit, we reinstituted Research Advisory Committee that comprises of eminent experts apart from the members of BVDU.
